Enjoy a hybrid work setup, monthly employee engagement events, and clear career progression paths._ - Are you ready to step up to the challenge?_ - "Disruptive Engineering x Simplified Living x Humanised Solutions"_ Don't let stagnation hold you back - join us and thrive **Job Requirement** - Possess at least minimum of diploma certificate from any Technical & Vocational Education Training’s institution (TVET) - At least 4 years of working or training experience in air conditioning: services, repairs, installation and troubleshooting - Knowledge of construction; installation, troubleshooting and maintenance, plumbing and electrical is an added advantage - Multitasking, organise, discipline and being able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision. - Able to travel outstation nationally, perform over time when necessary and standby during non-working days. - Posses a valid driving license **Responsibilities**: - Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site to ensure that the work aligns with the approved plans and specifications. - Supervise and guide site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. - Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, including conducting regular safety briefings and toolbox talks. - Inspect ongoing work to confirm that construction quality meets company standards and specifications. - Identify any potential issues and resolve them proactively to maintain quality control. - Monitor and manage materials, tools, and equipment usage on-site, ensuring availability and efficient utilization. - Coordinate deliveries and track inventory levels to avoid project delays. - Prepare and maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site records. - Document incidents, delays, and any changes in project scope, communicating updates to project managers as needed. - Develop and adhere to a construction schedule to meet project deadlines. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and minimize downtime. - Address unexpected issues, such as equipment breakdowns or supply delays, with effective troubleshooting and quick decision-making. - Adapt plans and resources to accommodate changes in project scope or site conditions. - Any other ad hoc tasks relevant to your department.
