Operations Executive, Reconciliation

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage operations matters to ensure we meet our service turnaround time.
- Perform daily assets reconciliation on various investment products.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation reporting to banks, CPFB and MAS.
- Investigate CPFIS-OA/SA status on weekly basis.
- Conduct reconciliation on Non-IA assets.
- Other operational duties as and when assigned.
- Participating in system projects to improve workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Banking & Finance / Business Administration related fields are welcome to apply.
- Detailed and meticulous person with a positive attitude.
- Able to work well under stress and fast paced environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Well-organized and able to solve problems with an open-mind and analytical approach.
- Must be willing to work on rotating shifts and on Malaysia & Singapore Public Holidays.
