**Job Summary**:

- To demonstrate exceptional planning abilities, which would ultimately translate to high production rates.
- Outstanding assistant production managers are excellent negotiators who act decisively when solving production issues.
- Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.
- Appointing labour and purchasing stock toward the smooth running of the production process.
- Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
- Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
- Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
- monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
- Updating the Production Manager on the status of projects.
- To prepare monthly report, production planning schedule for production department.
- Resolving labour disputes, where requested.
- Review all production documentation and confirm they are accurate. Monitoring the production practices and setting the schedules as required.
- Work with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization. Assist with monitoring the facility for health and safety issues.
- Utilize computer systems to ensure work orders are processed and accurate.
- Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the processes; observing control points; monitoring personnel and resources, resolving scheduling conflicts; developing reporting procedures and systems.
- Perform all work to organizational standards to ensure the final product meets quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned work area. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency. Safety environment.
- Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
- Knowledge of procuring materials, equipment, and labor needed throughout the production process.

**Qualification**:

- At least a Bachelor or certificate degree in Manufacturing or similar program.
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing or production.
- Computer literate (Microsoft office).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong leadership skills.
- Pleasant, approachable & good interpersonal skills.
- People management skills, Well-developed production management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Production Planning. Must demonstrate the ability to work in a safe manner.
- No physical disability.
- Advantage for those has experience using SAP system.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
