Reporting to the Product Manager, the Assistant Product Manager is responsible for consumer and brand marketing primarily in the following areas:

  • Responsible for above-the-line and below-the-line marketing strategies, planning, execution and post-campaign evaluation.

  • Collaborate with internal and external parties such as distributors and agencies to drive marketing campaigns and ensure quality deliverables.

  • Manage operation of brand social media agencies and accounts, review content for compliance with brand guidelines, and achieve social media KPIs.
  • Engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Influencers and KOL Marketing agency in marketing activities.
  • Participate in market intelligence and competitive analysis to support in making strategic business decisions.
  • Responsible for planning of promotion and advertising initiatives, including product sampling activities, roadshows and on-ground activations.
  • Support in new product development and innovation assignments.
  • Prepare marketing reports, manage relevant budgets and support in the Annual Operation Planning process.

Job specification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG or from the food category.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and knowledge of digital marketing and media planning.
  • Possess good analytical and project management skills
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal, works well across functions.
  • Capable of managing timelines and performing under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable, agile, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
