**Role Summary**:
Klinik Puteri are looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Performance Marketer & Creative Ads** to execute our digital marketing strategies across the branches. You will be directly responsible for planning, tracking, and executing marketing strategies for each branch, ensuring consistent growth of the marketing funnel and high-quality customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute branch-specific marketing growth strategies.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance for each branch regularly.
- Prepare and present marketing reports directly to the CEO.
- Grow the marketing performance for all channels : Google, Meta, Tiktok & Youtube.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing leads are converted

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **sales, retail, or healthcare** sectors.
- Strong ability to plan, measure, and grow marketing strategy systematically.
- Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to top management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in **live content management** to support marketing activities.
- Basic skills in **marketing, social media, or content creation**.
- Mobile, flexible, highly organized, and enjoys designing clear marketing pipelines and workflows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
