Customer Service Officer

**Job Scope**:
1. You will require to provide exceptional customer service to passengers before, during, and after their taxi/limo bookings.
2. Assist customers with ticketing, check-in procedures, and baggage inquiries.
3. Handle passengers complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of airline & TQMS policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.
6. Able to provide information regarding taxi schedules, routes, and fare options.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations while interacting with customers.
8. Be proficient in using the Gohub app and encourage passengers to download and use it.
9. Capable of assisting and communicating effectively with international travelers from diverse backgrounds.
**Requirement**:
1. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, airline, or aviation.
2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
4. Proficient in computer systems and relevant support software.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. A professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to representing the company positively.
7. Fluency in multiple languages especially Arab and Chinese is an asset.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
