Job Description

  • Greet and welcome customers.
  • Answer phone calls, emails and inquiries from customers involving questions about service options, schedule appointments and address customer concerns about their vehicles.
  • Assist customers by booking service appointments on the app by finding suitable slots for customers and confirming appointments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service received and answer questions asked by customers.
  • Ensure the service waiting area is clean and comfortable.
  • Ensure refreshments provided are available to customers.

Job Qualification

  • SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service Management or related field.
  • Have experience in relevant positions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Focus on customer service with a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Problem solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of computer software and applications.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
