Skop Kerja : 1. Membantu mengawal selia kerja di tapak serta mengatur kerja tukang Pekerja binaan. 2. Membantu merekod peratus kuantiti kerja, membuat ukuran sub con dan memberi maklumat kepada Pengurus Projek. 3. Membantu memantau kemajuan kontraktor untuk memastikan projek dapat diselesaikan dengan jayanya dan memenuhi keperluan masa, anggaran dan kualiti yang diperlukan. 4. Boleh membantu berhubungan dengan perunding, pembekal, Sub-Kontraktor yang berkaitan dengan projek, membantu memastikan semua kelulusan diterima tepat pada waktu dengan piawaian kualiti yang telah ditetapkan. 5. Membantu merekod dan mencatat kehadiran pekerja, dan rancangan kerja pada setiap hari dalam aplikasi Whatsapp. 6. Membantu penerimaan barang di tapak dan mengatur penyimpanan serta perlu direkod. 7. Sanggup melakukan kerja seperti diarahkan. 8. Membantu menyediakan dokumen dan laporan teknikal. 9. Membantu melaporkan progress kerja kepada Managing Director. 10. Sentiasa menjaga kepentingan syarikat. Syarat & Kelayakan : 1. Sihat dan cergas tubuh badan. 2. Diutamakan Lelaki. 3. Fresh grad dialukan. 4. Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang sangat baik. 5. Boleh berbahasa Melayu & Inggeris. 6. Solat 5 waktu. 7. Mempunyai lesen memandu. 8. Elaun akan diberikan. 9.
