**What do we need you to do**:
- Oversee the management of company facilities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage and optimize technology and systems, ensuring they meet the company's operational needs.
- Handle the acquisition and renewal of licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide comprehensive support services to enhance operational efficiency and staff productivity.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand and meet their administrative needs.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings.
- Manage supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
**What do we need from you**:
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Autocount Accouting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
