**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize student files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating events such as open days, education fairs, and webinars.
- Liaise with universities and other educational institutions to stay updated on admission requirements and deadlines.
- Help manage office tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and general office administration.
- Provide administrative support to the team on a daily basis.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Education, Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to assist students with their academic journey.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Prior experience in education or administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
