Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Interview Coordination:
Employer Branding:
Promote a positive employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions and engaging recruitment materials.

Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.

Onboarding Support:
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and source of hire.

Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and performance.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment processes.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an internal HR recruiter or in-house talent acquisition role.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Proficiency in the language of Mandarin is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
