**Event management**
- Execute and manage overall Company’s marketing activities and events which include Exhibitions, Book Fairs, Seminars, Retail Promotions, Online Promotions etc.
- Project manage events, ensuring that on ground marketing plans are executed and managed smoothly and timely.
- Prepare and support advertising and promotional materials for events, activities, sales team, retailers.
- Establish and manage relations with schools, educators, media, government, or non-government agencies.
- Assist in initiating partnerships with various entities to increase sales channels
- Assist in managing logistics related to marketing events and roadshows.

**Creative Services**
- Work with third party vendors to manage external printing and creative services.
- Work with both internal and external service providers to prepare marketing & promotion materials when required.
- Able to develop artwork/marketing materials such as POSM, press release, leaflet and others for events when required.
- Work cross-functionally to plan, strategize, and execute marketing campaigns.
- In charge of quality checking, counting, and managing inventory and stock counting for all A&P marketing materials.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required by the management team

**Digital Services**
- Produce relevant posting & contents for Social Media platforms when required.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, assist with responding to comments and queries, updating information, monitoring activities etc.
- Conducting or moderating live & streaming sessions on social media platforms.
- Manage day-to-day activities on Pelangi’s social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media or equivalent;
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English;
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in marketing or education industry;
- Travel within Malaysia from time to time;
- Work on events during Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (Paid OT) from time to time;
- Marketing Executive will work in Penerbitan Pelangi, Bangi.

**Required document**:

- Updated resume stating qualifications, work experience, current and expected salary with a recent passport-sized photography;
- Transcripts from SPM to current education level;
- NRIC photocopy;
- Latest 3 months payslips.

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
