As we expand our partner ecosystem, we’re looking for a driven **Partner Account Manager** to strengthen relationships with our existing partners and develop new partnerships and channels in key markets.
**What You’ll Do**
- Manage and grow relationships with existing strategic partners, ensuring mutual success.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners with alignment to our business goals.
- Work closely with partners to create joint business plans, campaigns, and market development strategies.
- Monitor partner performance, provide insights, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support, product and development teams) to support partner needs and initiatives.
- Represent PAYROLL2U at partner events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in partner account management, channel sales, or business development — ideally in SaaS, HR tech, payroll or related industries.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operation plan.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
