DESIGNATION : (MY) Partner Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Partner Manager forms the core of our Partner Department, where you will focus strongly on forging strong relationship with our partners and channels. You will have to push through new products of services to your network of existing accounts. You should also explore collaboration with new partners and channels. You should be outspoken, confident and passionate about IT software with a strong belief that HR Software help to drive productivity and genuinely helps HR professionals to be better at their work. Personal coaching will be given to help you succeed in this role.
**Job Duties**
- To achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales target
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with new and existing partners and channels in Malaysia and Singapore
- Plan and executive Partner strategies to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets
- Initiate and drive the development of new partners
- Work closely with our Product, Technical and Sales Team to add value to our client’s business requirement.
- Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential
This position is based on Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
QUALIFICATIONS
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with minimum 2 year in IT/Software sales
- Strong Enterprise and Channel Sales Experience
- Independent and Driven
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability
- Strong interpersonal skills and an effective team player
