**Partner Resource Manager (Onboarding)**:
**Location: Kuala Lumpur**

**Job Summary**:
Be a self-starter who is prepared to onboard new partners into our client's partner sales program and consistently deliver on quarterly targets.

Direct and guide new partners through the registration process and create the partner profile.

Have a clear understanding of the program to ensure that new partners actively participate in the client's sales program
- Possess and articulate excellent verbal communication skills to provide clear instructions to new partners.
- Maintain and organize a productive engagement with new partners including scheduling and daily follow-ups.
- Be a quick learner who can understand new information at a rapid pace.
- Represent client in a professional manner and engage new partners on behalf of the client.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Onboard New Partners and create partner profiles for partner program engagement.
- Uplift new onboarded partners to Account Manager Inside Sales for further program engagement.
- Distributor Support - share new partner information and align new partners to the distribution sponsor
- Resolving / Redirecting partner Issues (Logins, OPEN training, NFRs, etc.)

Compliance Issues (FCPA Questionnaire, Code of Conduct)

Contract support for partners (working with legal regarding redlines on partner agreements)

Located on-site in Kuala Lumpur

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience with engaging and supporting partners in partner programs.

Possess extreme attention to detail
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Provide or have experience and knowledge with partner engagement processes about Mexico technology companies and roles.
- English verbal and written communication.
- Must have strong experience in using Microsoft Office Tools and CRM software.
