**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee IT Service Management processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide expertise in DB2/400 to optimize database performance and integrity.
- Utilize CLP for efficient job control and automation of tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Cards & Payments domain.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical insights to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in AS/400 RPG IT Service Management DB2/400 CLP and AS400/COBOL.
- Must have domain expertise in Cards & Payments.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Should have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
