We are E-commerce company established 2017. We are focused on e-commerce in website (wordpress) to market the product using paid advertising (FB ADS, TIKTOK ADS)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage eCommerce campaigns and website performance to ensure effective ROI.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals and sales target
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring the effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, content creator and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct research to identify new tactics, tools, and trends that can be leveraged for innovative marketing campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance, copywritting, keywords, and targeting to improve results.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or digital industry.
- Proven experience in campaign development, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve.
- Ability to lead initiatives and make decisions that impact marketing strategies.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
