**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinating and supervising the work of multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project objectives are met
- Preparing and presenting detailed progress reports and project documentation
- Providing technical guidance and support to the project team
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

**What we're looking for**
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
