For this position it’s under one of our subsidiary company; ASL Edu Sdn Bhd known as Tadika Khalifah Budiman (TKB) that using The Little Caliphs Program (TLCP). TLCP are the biggest Islamic Preschool Network in Malaysia. Currently we have 15 branches TKB with TLCP program.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or similar.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role and proven experience.
- Experience in handling 3 staff under your supervision
- Strong in data analytics.
- Strong planning and scheduling
- Working knowledge of inventory management software
- Ability to accurately track inventory, maintenance and create reports
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Reliable professional and trustworthy

**Responsibilities / Job Scope**:

- Responsible to oversee, lead and manage a group of people in the unit under the department.
- Establish, improve, optimize, and update Inventory SOP/ Work Process and ensure process advocacy.
- Getting a right vendor, contractors and supplies for quotation in time given and monitor progress with the specification.
- Evaluate suppliers / contractors / service providers to achieve cost-effective deals.
- Identify, coordinate, negotiate and issue vendor contracts for purchasing product and service in accordance with the management agreement
- Develop and manage trust relationships with suppliers / contractors / service providers.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget
- Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Analyse data to anticipate future needs.
- Provides monthly reports and proposal to the Management reviewing operation, progress, finding and analysis, trends and deferrals for unplanned expenditures or events.
- Work with finance department to ensure financial policies and procedures are adhered to and that conditions are positive to enhance cash flow.
- Monitor document expiry, equipment expiry, schedule and action of renewal process.
- **_Store Inventory: _**:

- Lead a team to receive and record new stock as it's delivered or shipped out in the proper documentation and supervise.
- Monitor and evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Plan and schedule for stock order, purchasing and deliveries.
- Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
- **_Maintenance : _**:

- Supervise employees (executive and technician) of the maintenance duty.
- Lead a team to carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues to ensure work is carry out effectively and efficiently.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Monitor preventive maintenance programmes
- Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and renovation projects for the school building.
- Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in a good condition, clean and implement workplace safety policies and standards
- _**Admin **:_
- Supervise and monitor registration process with government body and authorities.
- Keeping all companies or subsidiaries registration documents with authorities in good and systematic filling system
