Industry**:Engineering (Constuction), Sales Hub in Malaysia**
Location**:Berjaya Central Park, KL**
Reporting directly to the director and providing full administrative and secretarial support. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the Director’s absence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assists the director with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks included but not limit to managing an active calendar of appointments, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Process Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
- Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing.
- Maintain records of Director’s contacts.
- Screen calls, inquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
- Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the
Director’s responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the Director.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
**Experience Needed**
- At least 2 year(s) working experience
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to adapt in a fast paced environment
- Ability to organize and plan own work.
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
