Areas of focus of this role will include General HR Support, HR Advisory, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Employee Health & Safety. Additionally, the role will play an integral part to the implementation and roll out of HR projects, introducing appropriate policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Experience in working as an HR Administrator or HR Executive, with significant experience in general HR functions in recruitment, staff activity, staff payroll and HR administration.
- Demonstrated understanding of Malaysian understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent influencing skill and the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels within the organisation.
- Passionate about working in a fast paced, changing environment that has a focus on delivering results.
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written across all levels of an organisation.
