**Job Summary**:
As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our Anti
- Snoring Solutions to customers visiting our mall kiosk. You will lead a small team of sales associates and ensure that we provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. If you’re a proactive, customer-oriented individual with retail management experience, we’d love to have you on board.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate the use of products & services
- Market & Sell brand’s products & services
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers as well as other team members.
- Engage customers in a productive discussion to address their concerns
- Host/Organize occasional workshops or parties for customers’ engagement
- Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on service SOP to Benefit quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Arrange appointments for customer upon signing up for our services
- Ensure that the Benefit uniform is worn during work hours
- Overseeing other employees.
- Managing finances
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
- Implementing measures to avoid theft
- Investigating market trends and offering ideas that would appeal to customers.
- Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
- Motivating employees to achieve targets.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

**Requirement**
- Sales Leadership
- Good Customer Service skills
- Reporting: Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide regular update to the management team.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure all staff follow company policies, procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Mall Management Team and coordinate promotions and events to drive foot traffic.
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset and experience in achieving sales targets.
- A customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and concerns.
- Basic knowledge of anti-snoring devices and sleep health is a plus.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings.
- Minimum SPM.
- Language: Highly Fluent in English, BM (mandarin is added advantage)

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 4 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 4 years (preferred)
