[RN] Our client is a manufacturer of foam and spring mattress.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for effective quality management system and reviewing the quality system procedures.
- To liaise with external parties such as consultants, certification bodies or on matter related to the quality management system.
- Ensure the company’s quality standards are achieved and maintained with a targeted emphasis on continuous

improvement programs.
- Leading and control QA / QC operations, supervision including staff development, coaching and performance

review of team members.
- Authorized to release documents for internal use.
- Authorized to stop production to correct quality problem.
- Work interactively with internal and external team to seek out refinement and improvements to product quality.
- Analyze the function performance based on the process, product, internal audit findings, customer complaints, quality record and whatever sources of information to analyses the seriousness or repetitive problem or trend.
- To lead internal audits and ensure compliance to customer audits and external audits pertaining products compliance.
- To proactively involve in cost reduction activities.
- Monitor team works progress, anticipate and resolve problems and contractual disputes.
- Developing rapport and working effectively with a diverse range of people, sharing knowledge and skills to deliver shared goals.

- Participate in cross project leadership and cross project coordination.
- Management may, at its discretion, assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
- WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports directly to the SOM. Works in conjunction with Procurement, Production, and any other department that has an effect on the quality of the organization’s products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- A tertiary Degree in Lab Technology. Statistic is added advantages or at least Diploma in same discipline.
- Formal qualification in auditing would be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the têxtile manufacturing industry or 3+ years in Quality Systems/Investigations-CAPA and/or documentation roles
- Experience in an ISO 9001 or ISO 22000 environment is good advantages

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees
- Experience in têxtile manufacturing plant processes is advantages
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
- Project management and troubleshooting skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word
- Good knowledge of statistics and statistical process; ability to use Quality Tools such as benchmarking,

brainstorming, gap analysis, Pareto analysis, fish-bone diagrams, and process mapping for fact-based decision making

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
