Location: Butterworth Penang

Mon - Fri / 9am - 6pm

**Salary**: RM5500 - RM8000
- Plan and perform operational and financial audits
- Lead and guide the audit team through the examination of financial records, operational processes, and internal controls
- Review and analyze data, documents, and evidence to assess the accuracy and validity of financial reporting and operations.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks, both financial and operational, and determine appropriate strategies to mitigate these risks, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and adjust audit processes accordingly.
- Prepare and present audit findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
- Clearly communicate complex financial and auditing concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Manage and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to encourage professional growth and development.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA, CIMA, MIA) is often preferred.
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in auditing, supervisory or managerial role.
- Able to speak mandarin. Need to handle China client.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate audit teams.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive financial information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
