Position : Executive Secretary to MD Main
**Responsibility**:
- To organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
- The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative and business development duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
- Assist the Managing Director in business development, management planning and other related tasks including liaison with clients and key business partners.
- Organizing and attending meetings - ensuring managers are well prepared for meetings, minute/note taking, producing letters/documents. From meeting outcomes and managing resolutions through to successful completion.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports and other documents for senior staff.
- Producing/updating documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required. Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
Requirement:
- Minimum diploma, bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. At least 3 years of related experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures and recordkeeping systems. Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute. Experience in shorthand is an added advantage.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software. Must be fluent in written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Malaysia
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Personal Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
