Join our team as a Customer Service Executive focused on driving repeat sales and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll be instrumental in nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling, and providing top-notch service that keeps clients coming back for more. Responsibilities: Initiate proactive follow-up with existing customers to understand their needs and build lasting relationships. Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing repeat sales and upselling. Identify opportunities for cross-selling complementary products and services to enhance the customer's experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences in the CRM system. Implement feedback from customers to improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction. Monitor customer accounts, track buying patterns, and create reports on repeat sales performance. Assist in creating and executing customer retention campaigns, loyalty programs, and special offers. Handle customer escalations professionally, finding swift and satisfactory resolutions. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent and seamless service delivery. Provide insights and suggestions to enhance the customer journey and streamline repeat sales processes.
