About the Role
Our client, a reputable law firm in Johor, is seeking a newly called Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a young lawyer to gain valuable exposure and grow professionally, with the chance to work on conveyancing matters involving renowned property developers.

**Key Job Responsibilities**

1) Assist in handling conveyancing matters, including project and related documentation.

2) Draft, review, and prepare legal documents relating to property transactions.

3) Liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and relevant authorities.

4) Attend signings as and when required by the developers.

5) Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in conveyancing work.

6) Provide support and assistance to senior lawyers as required.

**Key Job Requirements**

1) Recently called to the Malaysian Bar.

2) Strong interest in conveyancing practice and property law.

3) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

5) Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- This position is only open to Malaysian citizens._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
