You will support HR/PO organization to achieve data consistency, accuracy and develops tools and reports based on data to help HR organization in making decision. You will sit in People Insights team and the most important stakeholders are HR CoEs, HRBPs, HRIT. You will report directly HRIS Manager. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform mass data uploads in Workday HCM using the Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) tool or additional tools - Maintain reporting catalog and develop dashboards - Create Data Quality dashboard to address the HR data inconsistencies to stakeholders. - Merge data from multiple sources and conduct some calculations / data processing to meet interim and complex reporting needs. - Conduct data quality reviews for Global data set, monitor and correct processing errors. - Recognize and communicate unusual events affecting HR data accuracy. - Stay up to date with Workday enhancements and future product releases to support our HR teams. - Prepare detailed specifications from which Workday will be developed. - Manage large quantities of data and conduct root cause analysis to identify and triage inconsistencies and errors **Qualifications** - 3+ years of HCM / HRMS experience; working knowledge of Workday required - Experience participating in IT projects, UKG (Kronos) and Reporting experience (advantage) - Proficiency with following WD technology: EIBs, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields (advantage), Discovery Boards - Advanced in MS Excel (Excel Query, VBA) and Workday Mass Data management. - Client service oriented, practice good judgement and strong decision-making skills **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
