Human Resources Business Partner

Role Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic and operational role in aligning people's strategies with business objectives within Daythree's fast-paced BPO environment. Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to Operations and Functional Leaders, the HRBP partners closely with the business to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
This role requires strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to proactively design and implement HR solutions that enhance employee experience, operational productivity, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals, workforce dynamics, and performance drivers.
- Translate business needs into effective HR strategies that improve service delivery, productivity, and retention.
- Serve as a proactive partner to identify talent and people-related risks early and implement targeted interventions.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
- Guide leaders in handling conflict resolution and workforce challenges to ensure fair and consistent outcomes aligned with company policies and labour laws.
- Analyse workforce trends—such as absenteeism, attrition, and engagement—to identify root causes and propose actionable solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to business leaders to inform decision-making and enhance program performance.
- Partner with leaders to design and implement initiatives that build morale, strengthen leadership capability, and reinforce a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
- Support organizational restructuring, role transitions, and employee communication initiatives.
- Maintain current knowledge of employment legislation and ensure HR practices comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee investigations, disciplinary cases, and grievances with professionalism and discretion.
- Lead employee engagement and recognition initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to enhance morale and retention.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR operational activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and benefits administration.
- Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency, scalability, and employee satisfaction.
- Champion employee well-being and inclusion through proactive engagement, communication, and wellness programs suited to a shift-based environment.

- Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced BPO setting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or call centre environment.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and HRIS systems is an added advantage.
