**Join Our Modern Medical Team as a Clinic Claims Officer**

Klinik HealthQuarters is a well-established private clinic seeking motivated individuals with a background in **claims submissions to insurance / TPA companies** to join our team in a dynamic **Clinical Support** role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Submit daily claims to TPAs such as Micare, AIA, PMCare, etc.
- Reconcile claims and payments at the end of each month.
- Follow up and trace outstanding payments from TPAs.
- Prepare and maintain monthly claims reports.
- Ensure all claims are processed accurately and within required turnaround times.
- Handle discrepancies and resolve claims issues proactively.
- Maintain thorough documentation for audit readiness.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years’ experience** in medical or health insurance claims (clinic, TPA, or insurance company) is highly valuable (not compulsory)
- Familiarity with **TPA claims portals** (e.g., Micare, PMCare, AIA Panel).
- Strong **numerical and reconciliation skills** to match payments and claims.
- Good command of **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (spoken & written). Mandarin is an advantage.
- **Computer literate** (Microsoft Excel, Word; clinic management software preferred).
- **Meticulous and detail-oriented** — able to spot and correct claim errors quickly.
- Strong **organizational and time management skills**, able to handle daily submissions and month-end deadlines.
- **Team player** with a positive working attitude and ability to liaise with TPAs, insurers, and clinic staff.
