Executive - Planning & Business Development

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with senior management to define business goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
**Business Development**:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and industry leaders.
- Lead negotiations and manage the implementation of business deals.
**Project Management**:
- Oversee and manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
**Financial Analysis**:
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Prepare and present business cases and reports to senior management.
**Compliance & Risk Management**:
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
**Leadership & Collaboration**:
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant business software.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
