**Audiometric Technician**
- Conduct audiometric hearing tests according to DOSH guidelines and industry standards. (will be trained before fully independent).
- Prepare and calibrate audiometric equipment prior to testing. (will be trained before fully independent).
- Obtain accurate medical and occupational histories relevant to hearing health.
- Educate workers on the purpose of audiometric testing and hearing conservation.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
- Key in the data in the system after getting the data from each project.
- Prepare and submit reports to clients.
- Ensure compliance with the Factories and Machinery (Noise Exposure) Regulations 1989 or relevant current legislation.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the mobile audiometric booth.

**Cum Administrator Assistant**
- Record one year audiometric clients data (time frame).
- Prepare the documents and equipment for audiometric and medical surveillance project.
- Prepare employees list name for each project.
- Liase with Laboratory and OHD for medical surveillance and audiometric project.
- Ensure all reports to be out within the time frame.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
