**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Marketing & Branding**
- Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the company’s diverse portfolio of businesses.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency across all business lines and marketing channels.

**2. Digital & Content Marketing**
- Manage company website, social media, and online presence for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Create compelling content (articles, newsletters, posts, videos) highlighting services, case studies, and industry insights.
- Run paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to generate business leads and engagement.

**3*.**Design & Creative Development*
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including presentations and social media creatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver visually appealing and brand-aligned creative assets.

**4. Business Development Support**
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to design marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition and retention.
- Assist in creating proposals, client decks, and marketing collateral tailored to various industries.
- Support lead generation and nurturing activities through marketing automation and CRM.

**5. Market Research & Strategy**
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Track and measure ROI of marketing campaigns and propose improvements.

**6. Event & Campaign Management**
- Organize and promote corporate events, workshops, training programs and etc.
- Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and networking activities to enhance market reach.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in recruitment, HR services, professional services industries or F&B/hospitality.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and visual design skills.
- Creative, analytical, and highly adaptable to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: New-Grad

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
