**Job Description Summary**: The Operations Project Manager-Delivery, Asia is part of the New Unit Project Management organisation and is responsible to manage strategic activities or initiatives across projects in the Asia Region.

This role will deliver improved customer experience by working in conjunction with the Project Core Teams, Program Management Office, Services Office, with the purpose to develop, deploy & drive adherence to Standard Work around material management process, outage planning process and fleet management process.

You will be part of the Project Operations Office with strong relationship with all Functional Teams within the Project Execution Organisation. Your strong focus to deliver results on time, safely and at quality will allow a sustainable generation of positive financial results for the Gas Power business.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Leading Program ManagementImprove business outcomes:

- You will guide the Outage Planning readiness call with key stakeholders across impacted fleet in Asia to ensure good execution of outage
- Drive Problem Solving on Material Management process to arrest material leakages in close partnership with Global Lean and Quality Teams
- Have a good understanding of internal or external vendor programs and launch programs that improves the outcome of member projects

Driving Standard Work and Be a Lean advocate:

- Develop Standard Work on Outage Management & Material Management process and ensure adherence to processes and tools by implementing leading indicators on Project Teams’ Daily Management Boards
- Keep a value stream mindset from execution to services phases, you will work horizontally across organizational interfaces & functions to drive strategic improvements that positively impacts the project execution process
- Guide/participate in Lean events, Problem Solving sessions, follow up on countermeasures to ensure sustainability of process improvement in EHS, Quality, Delivery and Financials for the Business

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or University
- Experience in power plant or energy industry related experience
- Those with experience in process mapping, material management and/or outage planning would be highly considered.

- Solid quality background
- Ability and willingness to travel, as required
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
