Client Relations

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and secure new clients for CLQ accommodation and recruitment services.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenancy or service agreements.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Support marketing activities including social media, digital promotions, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve sales, occupancy, and placement targets set by management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
