The Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC) is a humanitarian organization dedicated to providing relief and care to vulnerable communities. As part of our mission, the **National Ambulance Services (NAS)** unit plays a crucial role in delivering life-saving emergency medical support nationwide.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Finance Officer** to support the day-to-day financial operations of our National Ambulance Services. This role ensures accurate financial documentation, smooth banking transactions, and effective support to administrative and audit processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and petty cash recoupments.
- Handle daily banking tasks and update accounting systems.
- Maintain and reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Manage debtor records and issue sales invoices.
- Issue official receipts and handle fundraising-related cash collections.
- Maintain despatch book for payment cheques.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports for board and audit meetings.
- Manage issuance of financial documentation such as order books and receipt books.
- Process ambulance standby and meal allowance claims.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing and correspondence.
- Support after-hours operations when needed, especially during emergencies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience in finance or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Knowledge in financial accounting and reporting
- Able to handle confidential financial data with integrity
