**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in administrative support for Human Resource daily functios.- Perform administration on documentation including HR related letters and documents, personal files, contract, and other compliance documents.
- Assist with recruitment activities.
- Assist with foreign workers management.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation.
- Assist with learning and development activities.
- Assist in maintaining staff leave information, medical records, attendance and absenteeism record.
- Process invoices related to outsource services.
- Maintain employee’s details in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and answer to general enquiries related to the system.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time upon request. Requirements:
