**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Luxury Retail Leader** to join our client in Luxury Fashion/ Luxury Jewelry. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in the world of high-end retail, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven ability to deliver exceptional results through both people and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver an **outstanding client experience** that reflects the values of the Maison / Brand.
- Drive **sales performance** and ensure achievement of individual, department, and store KPIs.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, particularly with **High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI)**.
- Ensure excellence in **boutique operations**, from visual merchandising to stock management.
- Act as a **Brand Ambassador**, upholding the prestige, elegance, and standards of the brand at all times.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies, clienteling initiatives, and brand activations.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Strong passion and deep understanding of the **luxury retail industry**.
- Previous experience in supervisory or managerial roles within retail (luxury or premium sector preferred).
- Exposure to **High Net Worth Clients** and a refined approach to client development.
- Proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs, and managing a successful team.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation, aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
