The Store In-Charge / Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering the highest standard of client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Boutique Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a luxury shopping environment.
  • Support the owner in leading, motivating, and developing the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor staff attendance, roster, and daily briefing to ensure smooth execution on the sales floor.
  • Handle store opening and closing procedures, ensuring all brand SOPs are followed.

Client Experience & Sales Excellence

  • Lead by example in delivering elevated client service that reflects the brand standard of hospitality.
  • Support team members in client engagement, storytelling, and upselling techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective CRM practices.
  • Resolve client issues professionally, ensuring brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Reporting

  • Supervise stock movement, transfers, and replenishments to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Conduct daily and monthly stock counts, highlighting discrepancies to the owner
  • Prepare and submit sales and operational reports as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury fashion, accessories, or jewelry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, people-first approach.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and storytelling.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and polished in presentation.
  • Proficient in basic administrative and POS systems.
