2.Mempunyai pengalaman tentang proses servis dan pembaikan kenderaan, Boleh membaca dokumen kerja seperti job sheet, quotation, dan invois

3.Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik bersama mekanik, pembekal, dan pelanggan

4.Mempunyai Lesen memandu (B2 / D) - untuk urusan penghantaran atau pergerakan kenderaan.

5.Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets untuk laporan ringkas

**JOBSKOP**

1.Menyelaras operasi harian bengkel, termasuk penyusunan jadual kerja mekanik, serta memastikan setiap tugasan dijalankan mengikut keutamaan dan perancangan operasi.

2.Merekod semua kenderaan yang masuk dan keluar bengkel, termasuk butiran kerja yang diperlukan, tarikh, dan masa, serta memastikan maklumat pelanggan dan kenderaan direkod dengan lengkap dan tepat dalam sistem atau secara manual.

3.Menyediakan dan mengemaskini dokumen kerja seperti job sheet, laporan harian, dan status pembaikan, bagi memastikan setiap kerja direkod secara sistematik dan mudah dirujuk oleh pihak terlibat.

4.Membantu dalam pemeriksaan asas kenderaan sebelum kerja pembaikan atau servis dijalankan, termasuk menyemak maklumat aduan pelanggan dan memastikan maklumat tersebut difahami oleh mekanik.

5.Memantau dan mengurus stok alat ganti serta bahan habis pakai, memastikan kesediaan barangan sebelum kerja dimulakan, dan membuat catatan penggunaan dalam rekod yang disediakan.

6.Menyelaras komunikasi antara pasukan mekanik, customer service dan penyelia bengkel, memastikan segala maklumat berkaitan status kerja dan keperluan pelanggan disampaikan dengan jelas dan efisien.

7.Memastikan kebersihan dan keselamatan bengkel sentiasa terjaga, serta mengawasi pematuhan terhadap prosedur kerja dan garis panduan keselamatan bengkel oleh semua kakitangan.

8.Menjalankan pemantauan terhadap penggunaan alat ganti dalam setiap kerja, menyediakan laporan penggunaan harian atau mingguan dan membantu dalam penyediaan permintaan pembelian stok jika perlu.

9.Membantu dalam urusan penghantaran dan pengambilan kenderaan pelanggan, termasuk mengatur logistik dalaman seperti pergerakan kenderaan di dalam kawasan bengkel.

10.Melaksanakan tugasan-tugasan lain berkaitan operasi bengkel yang diarahkan oleh penyelia atau pengurus, termasuk membantu dalam proses audit dalaman, dokumentasi tambahan atau tugasan khas.
