**Job Responsibility**
- Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of all mall facilities, including electrical systems, heating and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and other building systems.
- Implement preventative maintenance measures to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to reports of mechanical or maintenance issue and resolve them expeditiously.
- Lead, train, and manage maintenance staff, ensuring a high standard of work and compliance with safety regulations.
- Schedule and delegate maintenance tasks and projects effectively, ensuring mínimal disruption to mall operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations of maintenance staff to foster a positive and accountable work environment.
- Ensure all mall facilities comply with health and safety standards and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure corrections are implemented where necessary.
- Prepare and manage the budget for the maintenance department, ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors for supplies and services, ensuring competitive pricing and quality service.
- Oversee renovation projects to enhance facility efficiency and aesthetics.
- Coordinate with external contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

**Job requirement**
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse situations and make quick decisions in high-pressure scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in handling maintenance management software
