**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and integrate AI-powered features using **OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude)**, and other LLM platforms.
- Build and maintain automation workflows using tools such as **Zapier**, **Make (Integromat)**, **n8n**, or **custom backend scripts**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI use cases that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Conduct prompt engineering, data structuring, and model evaluations for high-performance results.
- Ensure API integrations are secure, optimized, and maintainable.
- Document technical processes and maintain code quality with version control (e.g., Git).
- Continuously learn and adapt to new developments in AI and automation technologies.

**Qualifications & Background**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science**, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in **Python**, **JavaScript**, or **TypeScript**.
- Familiarity with **ChatGPT API (OpenAI)** and **Claude API (Anthropic)**.
- Experience building automation using **Zapier**, **n8n**, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of **logical programming**, data structures, and system integration.
- Familiar with API calls, webhooks, and RESTful services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.

**Added Advantages**:

- Experience with **cloud platforms** (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to **vector databases** (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) and **retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)**.
- Knowledge of **machine learning**, **natural language processing (NLP)**, or **data engineering**.
- Previous work on **chatbots**, **AI assistants**, or **process automation** projects.
- Understanding of **data privacy regulations** (especially in the Malaysian context, e.g., PDPA).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
