Support and assist administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office.
- Do office administrative tasks which includes documentation, filling, correspondences, coordinating, calculation & following up on pending matters.
- Monitor delivery progress, cost negotiation and service performance
- control and maintain minimum goods of product for inventory.
- Perform bookkeeping and keep track of inventory
- Plan, execute, monitor deliveries and control the purchasing activities and inventory level according to the company policy and procedure.
- Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to constantly strive for best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service
- Responsible for the continuous development and improvement of procurement processes.
- Responsible in every promo, campaign or any event gift.
- Perform ad-hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM5,004.92 per month
