About the Role

Mood Travel is looking for an Admin Operations Intern who is passionate about travel operations, airport assistance, ticketing, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with airport duty, including client arrival and departure coordination when required.
  • Support ticketing services such as flight bookings, changes, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Prepare and organize travel documents (itineraries, confirmations, client information).
  • Communicate with clients and vendors through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
  • Update internal tracking sheets, booking records, and administrative files.
  • Assist the operations team with daily tasks, logistics, and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Tourism, Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to perform on-ground tasks (airport duty) when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From RM400.00 per month
