As Medical Representative, you are responsible for continuously exploring new business opportunities and market potential to increase market shares. This role is expected to provide professional services to customers as solution providers. You are expected to achieve the assigned sales target of the assigned territory and channels to achieve the company's business objectives. You are also required to build up and maintain a professional relationship network with the Stakeholders and Business Partners.

**1. Sales Management**
- Explore new business opportunities and assess market potential to increase market share.
- Provide professional, solution-oriented services to customers.
- Develop and execute sales call plans under the guidance of the Sales/Area Manager.
- Continuously update knowledge on the company’s products, competitor products, and relevant medical information to enhance product detailing and maintain a professional image.
- Lead representative meetings to organize and deliver effective sales presentations and product detailing to both existing and potential customers.
- Manage and achieve sales targets within assigned territories and channels to support the company’s business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer data in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets to maximize profitability.

**2. Channel management and market segmentation**
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and implement sales plans that optimize resources for maximum efficiency in coverage, segmentation, and targeting of territories and channels.
- Identify, establish, and maintain professional relationships with customers to drive product endorsement and increase product usage.

**3. Market intelligence**
- Collect and provide regular feedback on market insights and competitor intelligence to the Area Manager to support strategic discussions and recommend counteractions.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, and assist in executing marketing activities and product launches.
- Manage and report customer complaints, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business transactions and enhance customer satisfaction.

**4. Supporting role in other functions**
- Actively participate in Post-Marketing Surveillance and Adverse Event Reporting by collecting data promptly and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of products and systems.
- Support internal stakeholders in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.

**5. Others**
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, support internal events and functions, and contribute to special projects aligned with the assigned portfolio.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related disciplines
- Prior experience in sales management and customer service is an advantage (especially for entry-level sales roles)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proven track record as a collaborative team player within cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand the dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry and the local healthcare system
- Proficient in digital tools and technology; tech-savvy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
