VK Force Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is a medical device establishment which focuses on providing quality X-ray products for a great experience among its clients which comprises of government and private clinics, and hospitals. We are looking to employ a dedicated, customer-friendly, and goal-oriented individual to drive our sales team further. Their responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Sales and marketing:

Promote and sell medical products or services to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Address customer concerns, provide after-sales support, and ensure satisfaction.

3. Market Research:

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

4. Education and Training:

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals. Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and product developments.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and compliant sales records.

6. Sales Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Track progress against sales targets and take corrective actions if necessary.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

*Proven experience in medical sales or a related field is an advantage.

*Strong understanding of medical products and healthcare industry dynamics.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

*Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

*Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
