Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advertising Sales Representative at our office in Petaling Jaya. The Advertising Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and designing advertising packages to meet their needs. Day-to-day tasks include networking, pitching advertising solutions, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
  • Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets consistently
  • Understanding of Marketing principles and how to align advertising strategies with business goals
  • Ability to provide input and assist with Training initiatives to support team performance
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven with a positive approach
  • Proficiency with sales software and familiarity with digital advertising trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the property or creative industry is an advantage
