Job Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling advertising solutions to businesses and corporate clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations to showcase advertising opportunities.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales or advertising (fresh graduates with strong interest in media sales are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
