We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Executive – Advertising & Retail Partnerships to lead revenue growth across our physical and digital advertising channels. This role is responsible for developing, negotiating and securing partnerships with retailers, brands, agencies, and advertisers to monetise our car park boom gates, OOH media assets, and App marketplace.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with proven experience in advertising sales, retail partnerships, or commercial development. This role will play a critical part in expanding our ecosystem, building new revenue streams, and positioning our car parks as high-impact media touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

1. Advertising & Media Sales

  • Sell advertising placements on boom gates, digital screens, and other OOH media assets.
  • Prospect and pitch to retailers, national brands, agencies, and SMEs.
  • Develop media packages, rate cards, and partnership proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

2. Retail & Brand Partnerships

  • Identify, onboard, and manage retail partners for promotions within our App marketplace.
  • Secure exclusive offers, campaigns, and collaborations that increase app usage and revenue.
  • Support retailers in achieving campaign goals and visibility.

3. Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Build a long-term commercial strategy for advertising and retail collaborations.
  • Monitor performance and optimise revenue from all channels.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor products to identify new opportunities.

4. Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for advertisers and partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered successfully and on time.

5. Internal Collaboration

  • Work with IT,Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Provide feedback to improve advertising inventory, app marketplace features, and media assets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1 or 2 + years' experience in advertising sales, OOH media, retail partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Existing network of advertisers, agencies, or retail partners is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, mobile apps, or marketplace platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.

  • Advertising revenue achieved (monthly / quarterly / annual).
  • Number of new retail partnerships secured.
  • App marketplace revenue growth.
  • Retention rate of advertisers & partners.
  • Number and value of repeat campaigns.
  • Occupancy and utilisation of advertising inventory.
