- Perform daily quality inspection according to company's GMP Food Safety System.
- Check the quality and quantity of all incoming raw material.
- Monitor products condition and quality throughout the production process (E.g. check PH, product weight, water temperature, product texture, product quality, core temperature of product, packing process, storage.)
- Filing all related forms and documents (GMP form, internal calibration form, internal pest control form)
- Monitor production team in filling the form for Process Record, Cleaning & Sanitation Record follow GMP and HALAL system and ensure they fill it correctly.
- Prepared & control usage of Chemical for Production inline.
- Ensure all production area is clean before and after production and make sure all equipment such as trays, trolleys, boxs, bottles and etc are in place.
- Monitor & fill up all cleaning area in Cleaning Checklist
- Perform weekly/monthly internal calibration on all facilities
- Check worker personal hygiene (e.g. finger nail, shoes, hair net, face mask)
- Ensure all the raw material/ ingredients used are following FIFO
- Ensure the finished product out followed FIFO for every shipment
- Checked the finished product before going out from factory.
- Ensure all products have correct date, batch number, label, packaging and quantity before transfer to logistic & loading
- Report any maintenance needed at factory (e.g. report any machinery or equipment problem)
- Report any workers problems and wrong doings to QAQC document control / Manager

**Requirements**:
**Posses minimum**: *Diploma in Food Science or equivalent*
- Minimum 1 years* working experience in similar capacity. *\*Preferably from Food Industry in Quality Control.\**

Able to work independently without much supervision.
Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage
